How to manage your stress in difficult times??!!

Sometimes we may confront situations where we will be uncertain about things that we need to take decision, we will feel stressed and anxious.

Stress is a natural reaction to difficult situations. At the most basic level, it’s a primal response to outside pressures or threats. Stress can be psychologically damaging. It can interrupt our sleep patterns, upset our moods, interfere with our ability to think clearly and is even thought to lead to anxiety and depression disorders.

If you find that the sources of stress you face simply can’t be managed, it’s time to seek help. so here some advices:

1-Focus on what you can control

2-Make a plan

3-Take time out and allow yourself to feel positive

4-Try mindfulness or meditation
